Jade communicated the options available to me then once at the clinic she explained clearly & thoroughly the procedure that she would be carrying out. The procedure was painless compared to other microsuction I have had over the years, she is extremely efficient. .

I chose Tyne and Hear for microsuction based on excellent reviews. Jade answered all emails very quickly and informatively and I was given an appointment for the next day. She was on time and before examining me took a full history of my symptoms and previous ear problems. On examination Jade informed me there was actually no wax removal needed and verified this by showing me photographs of my inner ear. This was so helpful and reassuring. I have never had this done before even when I have gone private-and paid a lot more than Jade charges! However she did spot something on examination that explained my symptoms and she gave me lots of helpful advice on how to treat it. Jade is very knowledgeable and friendly. I would not hesitate to use her again and I highly recommend her.

Really can’t praise Jade enough, my 91 year old Mum is housebound, and has been more or less totally deaf since last August. She has been messed around by both Doctors and ENT department and noone would syringe her ears. Jade sorted her out today and she is now back to normal hearing. She can hear, we don’t have to yell or write messages on paper. Brilliant xx

Excellent service - worked out what the problem was and solved it there and then. Totally different to the hearing clinic at My Eye Clinic on the North road who ignored me when I told them I was still suffering and that their treatment hadn’t worked. Jade took the time to find out why I was still suffering and then managed to cure the problem. I would highly recommend Jade

I visited the GP this week as I stopped being able to hear properly and found out thankfully it was just a minor problem of a build up of wax, but unfortunately their removal service is currently on pause. I found this earwax removal service who managed to fit me in really quickly. I was nervous about how much it might cost but it was reasonable to get your hearing back instantly and the overall experience was really positive and the lady who did it was very friendly and really put me at ease.

Jade saw my mother in law recently about her hearing and ear wax. She was incredibly helpful and professional throughout and gave her appropriate advice on the next steps she should take. Jade was very pleasant and efficient. The microsuction procedure was absolutely painless and took just a few minutes to do each ear. I can now hear equally as well from both ears for the first time in over ten years (had a botched syringing experience which left me in pain and reluctant to engage with any further wax removal treatments). I would recommend her service to anyone who has found syringing unpleasant and painful like me. Microsuction is a game changer and in the comfort of your own home.. you can't beat it! She came in my lunch hour but was in and out the door in just half an hour. Thank-you Jade!

Jade responded to my email almost immediately and managed to fit me in within a day or two. I didn’t have hearing issues but I could feel a build up of wax in my ears which became blocked when I went swimming and was very uncomfortable. That’s why I contacted Jade who I found through google. She came to my home and was incredibly friendly and totally professional. The procedure was exactly as she’d explained via email and I felt in completely safe hands. She extracted a great deal of impacted wax and I really felt the difference when I next went swimming. So glad I got this done and would highly recommend.

My elderly aunt who has difficulty getting about needed an assessment regarding her hearing. I had seen Tyne and Hear on FB and thought it sounded ideal. The response was excellent and explanations clear and concise. Jade arrived a little late all of 4 mins but had text to say she was held up in traffic. Very considerate, as you know what elderly folk are like! jade introduced herself and dealt with my aunt with compassion,dignity and respect. Explanations were clear and in a language without Jargon. Great experience! I booked an appointment with Jade, who was very happy to fit around my busy schedule (2 kids and working full time) and saw me within 2 days of my initial call. She came to our house, explained the procedure and looked in both of my ears (see pictures). From the pictures you can see that one of my ears was blocked and needed the micro suction procedure, Jade explained this clearly and set to work. Unfortunately being a cotton bud user I had compacted the wax inside my ear. This didn’t phase Jade; she popped a little oil in, chatted about my children for a few minutes and then had another go. This time she was successful and you can see the chunk she got out and how clean my ear was afterwards, not to mention that I felt like I had super human hearing afterwards. Thank you Jade! I couldn’t recommend Jade enough, she is kind, professional and is obviously passionate about her job.

I arranged to an appointment on behalf of my mother. After a few months of degrading hearing , some very expensive hearing aids and numerous visits to the gp with no joy I found this company on an internet search. My father phoned me just after the visit and was overwhelmed with the service. My mother can now HEAR without the hearing aids. A very professional knowledgable service at an extremely affordable price and have improved my mothers (and fathers !) quality of life. Highly recommended.

Jade came today to remove wax from my wife's ears. She is a very pleasant young lady, and a pleasure to have in our home. Having worked hard to remove all of the wax, the improvement in my wife's hearing was quite marked. I remarked that I'd had tinnitus for years, she suggested that wax may be adding to the problem. Although I didn't have an appointment she stayed, and removed my ear wax too. The difference is beyond my expectation.
